Idared
Originated in Moscow, Idaho in 1935

Fruit:
Idared is a good eating apple that keeps very well.  It is a pale greenish-yellow with bright red stripes and spots.  Idareds flesh is firm and has a pink tinged color.

Diploid

Fruit Ripening Time:
Late October- Early November

Rootstocks:
EMLA 26 Dwarf Mature Height 10-12ft.
EMLA 7A Semi-Dwarf Mature Height 12-15ft.
EMLA 111 Semi-Dwarf Mature Height 18-22ft.

Tree Characteristics:
Bears heavily, need to be thinned if bigger apples are desired.
