• All items listed are bare root, dormant plants unless otherwise stated. They are available March, April, and May.
• Prices, Sizes and Availability subject to change without notice!
• Retail customers must make payment on items ordered before shipping.
• Commercial Grower orders, with established credit, will not be confirmed until a 20% payment is received. Your order will then be held for pick-up or shipment.
• Wholesale orders, with established credit, will not be confirmed until a 30% payment is received. Your order will then be held for pick-up or shipment.
• A finance charge on all overdue accounts shall be paid at 1.5% per month (18% annually) until balance is paid in full.
• A $40.00 service charge will be placed on all checks returned.
• We do accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express Credit Cards.
• Custom label tag requests must be placed at the time of initial order.
• Orders with paid deposits that are cancelled by the customer will have a $25 service charge.
• Commercial Grower orders are subject to a 1% Fruit Tree Improvement Tax. This tax goes to the Pennsylvania Dept. of Agriculture to help fund virus testing certification.
• PA Sales tax (6%) will be added to all orders shipped within Pennsylvania unless a valid tax exemption form is filed with our office.
• All royalty fees and taxes are non-refundable.
