IDARED – EMLA9/EMLA111 Dwarf Interstem Rootstock – 3/8-1/2″ (3-4 ft.)
Idaho, 1942 (Wagener x Jonathan). Medium to large apple. Round with flat top shape. Striking red over greenish-yellow base. Crisp, aromatic white flesh – mildly acidic. Excellent for baking, sauce, and pies. Quality develops with storage. Prone to canker, mildew but resists scab. Harvest early to mid-October.
